  • Hired Power's Personal Recovery Assistant Service, also referred to as a sober coach or sober companion, has been serving the addiction and mental health treatment community for many years. Our Personal Recovery Assistants provide support for clients dealing with substance addiction and behavior disorders, including alcohol, prescription drugs, methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, and opiate addiction, as well as eating disorders, sexual addiction, compulsive behaviors, gambling, depression and anxiety.

New Blogger Introduction!!

Welcome to the Hired Power blog!

My name is Ally Van Groningen and I am the Director of Outreach of Hired Power. I have been working for Hired Power since February 2010. My new hope is that this blog will connect our Personal Recovery Assistants, clients, familes, referral sources and friends. My goal is to bring Hired Power to you--as best I can! After attending a great session about social media, I hope to provide you with all sorts of great information and if you have any questions feel free to contact me, ally@hiredpower.com.
